A Warm Welcome

My name is Niamh. I have been a dedicated yoga practitioner and student of yoga for over a decade. What keeps me an eternal student of yoga is the infinite ways to explore the body mind connections.

My approach to teaching is shaped by my own yoga practice, extensive training in different styles of yoga as well as my background as a psychologist.

In my classes, I draw from both fields; yoga and psychology, often focusing on the interconnectedness of body, heart and mind.

I teach dynamic Vinyasa Yoga as well as slower practices such as Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra.
